You will build scalable recruiting strategies, partner with department heads and hiring managers, craft compelling job descriptions, and source and screen candidates across software, engineering, operations, and customer support. You will conduct structured interviews, coordinate technical assessments, and maintain ongoing candidate pipelines while providing regular updates on time-to-fill, pipeline health, and hiring trends. Requirements include 7–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, experience with ATS/CRM systems, and the ability to understand and communicate complex technical requirements. Preferred qualifications include experience with iCIMS and Gem, and a background in aerospace, high-tech, or startup environments.
