Odyssey Systems is seeking a Program Control Financial Analyst to support the CCN2 Portfolio in Niceville, Florida. This hybrid role requires three days per week on-site and offers the opportunity to contribute to critical DoD programs through strong financial planning and program management responsibilities. Responsibilities include applying financial and accounting principles to provide Leadership with accurate income statement analysis and monthly internal financial reporting and forecasting for the CCN2 Program Control Team, Executive leadership, and the Controller; participating in CCN2 financial analysis reviews with leadership and developing presentation materials. In Operations & Contract Execution, provide business management support for a large portfolio, produce contract deliverables, and coordinate with Government, Odyssey, and Subcontractor points of contact to ensure timely hours, invoices, and financial reporting. Analyze and provide data for interfaces with the Test Wing Enterprise System (TWES) Advisory and Assistance Tool and support inputs into the Job Order Cost Accounting System (JOCAS). Ensure alignment of project costs to a Reimbursable Budget A (RBA) Job Order Number (JON) or a DBA and related Work Breakdown Structures (WBS). Provide financial and operations analysis to inform contract execution (Cost, Schedule, Performance) across the CCN2 portfolio, including preparation for contract closeout.
