Relution is seeking a Software Engineer - Mobile Flutter to join our team in Stuttgart, Germany in a hybrid role. You will develop cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter and Dart, take technical ownership of our Flutter applications, and contribute new ideas from concept to release. You will integrate REST/OpenAPI interfaces and meaningfully leverage backend data models within the app, make informed state-management decisions (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc), and contribute to test automation and CI/CD for our mobile solutions. You will manage release processes and publish to the App Store and Play Store, working closely in a Scrum team with Design and Backend to deliver a cohesive product. Requirements include solid experience with Flutter and Dart and a track record of building apps from scratch, plus knowledge of native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java) development and app-store processes. You work well independently and in a team, with good German and English skills. Experience in MDM/UEM is a plus but not required. We value long-term commitment to a product, proactive technical thinking, and at least 50% on-site presence in Stuttgart; remote-only work is not an option.
