The role serves as a senior reference for client relationships, stepping in at key moments of the client lifecycle and ensuring day-to-day operational and strategic management across multiple accounts. You will work closely with the Social Media Creative & Strategy Lead and the Social Media Managers responsible for each account. Responsibilities include monitoring client relationships at key moments (presentations, approvals, escalations, and strategic reviews) in coordination with the Social Media Managers; managing day-to-day operations to meet timelines, deliverables, and expectations; overseeing 360 campaigns from briefing to execution with alignment among all parties; supporting budget management and monitoring billing processes; participating in shoots and content production to connect the client, the creative team, and production partners; preparing and maintaining status reports, contact reports, and project documentation; collaborating with the Social Media Creative & Strategy Lead on strategic planning and briefing responses; identifying growth and upsell opportunities within managed accounts.
