Environmental Project/Program Manager - Oakland, California (Hybrid)
AECOM is seeking an Environmental Project/Program Manager to join our Environmental Practices in Oakland. This hybrid role combines office and remote work and focuses on regulatory and client engagement on complex remediation projects, site investigations, and health and safety. You will oversee project and program delivery, define scope, budgets, schedules, and resource needs, provide technical oversight and quality control, and manage client relationships. Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with design, budget, and schedule, and supporting business development for the Oakland office.

Qualifications: BS in engineering, geology, environmental science, or a related field with 6+ years of experience; US citizen or permanent resident; ability to pass a background check. Preferred qualifications include 10+ years in site investigation, remediation, project management, and business development; CA professional engineer or geologist license; experience with state regulatory agencies; 40-hour HAZWOPER certification; PMP; and strong proposal, cost estimating, scheduling, and change order experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
