Trident Systems Space Electronic Systems (SES) division is seeking a Program Manager to lead the execution of technically complex hardware development programs for DoD, Intelligence Community, and civil space customers. This hands-on role requires independent program leadership across cost, schedule, risk, and customer satisfaction, with potential progression toward larger flight programs. Responsibilities include serving as the primary customer-facing representative for assigned programs; leading program reviews, technical interchange meetings, and status updates; communicating program performance, risks, and issues to customers and internal leadership; maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction. Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and Contracts to meet program commitments; support contract modifications and scope changes. Develop and maintain program budgets, Estimates at Completion (EACs), and financial forecasts; track labor, materials, subcontractor costs; analyze variances and prepare monthly reporting. Build and maintain integrated program schedules using Microsoft Project; identify critical path, dependencies, resource constraints, and schedule risks; forecast milestones and create recovery plans.
