Senior Inside Sales Representative – Electrical/Construction (On-site) based in Indian Trail, North Carolina. You will interact with existing customers to increase sales of Wesco's products and services, own a book of larger, more complex accounts, and drive the inside sales process with a focus on proactive selling to expand the business. You will collaborate with outside sales to ensure goals are met.

Qualifications:

Meet and exceed performance metrics based on volume budgets, profitability, penetration, and efficiency objectives.
Market products and value-added services.
Develop strong business relationships in growing existing accounts; prospect opportunities within the account base.
Own, qualify, and develop opportunities passed from marketing, outside sales, and national accounts.
Keep abreast of new products and share competitive knowledge.
Report industry trends, competitive pricing, and customer feedback to management.
May function as the lead for other inside sales representatives with respect to processes, systems, customers, etc.
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
4–5 years of experience in Sales and Sales Administration.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Demonstrated high level of sustained competency as a professional contributor.
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously; work in a team environment and mentor team members.
Strong written and verbal communications skills.
Ability to prospect and market concepts to existing and potent
