Inside Sales Representative is responsible for executing all point-of-sale and customer service functions while supporting store operations and driving sales through in-store and phone interactions in Kennett, Missouri. Responsibilities include greeting customers in person and by phone, answering inquiries about product availability, pricing, and proper use, actively selling merchandise, and supporting team members in achieving sales goals. The role also involves building positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Additional duties include operating the BisTrack system to calculate pricing, taxes, and totals; processing payments and issuing receipts; preparing merchandise for customers; stocking shelves and displays; tagging and labeling merchandise with correct pricing; setting up and maintaining promotional displays; and keeping the sales floor clean and organized. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license. Skills include reading and writing basic communications, and basic mathematics. The physical demands include regular standing, walking, and the ability to lift up to 80 pounds; training may occur on-site or off-site.
