In this role, you will build strong relationships with engineering leaders and influence our product and culture by hiring exceptional engineers. You will own the recruiting process from sourcing to close and use data and analytics to improve efficiency.

Key responsibilities include building pipelines for engineering roles across backend, frontend, infrastructure, ML, and beyond; partnering with engineering hiring managers to develop strategies to find qualified, diverse candidates; owning the candidate experience end to end; and acting as a trusted advisor on technical hiring strategy. You will be an ambassador for Klaviyo’s engineering culture through blog posts, recruiting events, and outreach on LinkedIn and GitHub, balancing the candidate’s individuality with Klaviyo’s business and technical objectives. You will leverage AI tools to streamline recruiting workflows and increase our capacity to hire high-impact technical talent.
