In this role, you will join the Finance team and contribute to operational accounting in our Swiss entities. You will gradually take on more responsibility, work with modern systems, and gain exposure to core accounting processes.

Your tasks include: - Supporting the accounting team in daily operations, particularly accounts payable and accounts receivable - Ensuring bank transactions are posted correctly and our numbers stay accurate - Assisting with payment runs and ensuring invoices are paid on time - Maintaining master data, documents and file organisation in our systems, keeping information up-to-date and easily retrievable - Supporting month-end close and gaining insights into the finance processes of an international SaaS company - Proactively contributing to process improvements and helping to make things simpler, digital, and more efficient - Gradually taking on more responsibility and developing in the field of finance and accounting
