Newviews is seeking a Project Manager to keep our creative and production work moving on time, on budget, and on brand. You will serve as the connective tissue between strategy, creative, and production teams, ensuring great ideas move from kickoff to delivery across multiple concurrent campaigns and shoots. Responsibilities include owning project timelines from kickoff to delivery, building and managing project plans, budgets, and resource allocation, coordinating between creative, production, and client-facing teams, tracking deliverables, flagging risks early, and keeping stakeholders informed, managing contractor and freelancer scheduling alongside internal capacity, running status meetings, maintaining project documentation, and owning the source of truth for timelines, and supporting onsite production logistics when needed (call sheets, schedules, vendor coordination).
