Account Sales Representative is sought to join Natera's Women's Health sales team in Detroit East, Michigan. The ASR will provide service and sales support to drive market adoption and business growth by assisting Clinical Field Specialists (CFS) to increase revenue and expand market development through direct sales to MFMs and OB/GYNs. Responsibilities include supporting CFS to close business, maintaining and supporting existing customers, assessing the needs of medical professionals with a focus on customer support, coordinating logistics, and solving problems. The role promotes quality client/patient relations and acts as a role model for other employees while maintaining confidentiality of laboratory and financial information. The ASR will follow all company policies and compliance procedures and complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes. Communication with Natera staff and customers is essential to ensure quality and maintain a service-oriented relationship. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, Gmail, and Salesforce is preferred. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, with a minimum of two years of sales experience; background in medical or biological sciences is preferred. The compensation package includes a base salary plus uncapped quarterly commissions, a car allowance, and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
