Union Station Homeless Services is seeking a Controller to lead all accounting operations with deep GAAP expertise, including financial reporting and fund accounting. Based in Pasadena, California, United States, this hybrid role will supervise the accounting team (accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and related functions) and ensure systems and procedures support accurate program implementation and audit readiness. The Controller will ensure that financial reporting, regulatory, grant, and audit requirements are met in accordance with established accounting practices and applicable laws and regulations, and will educate staff on accounting procedures while exploring how the accounting function can better support operations.
