Wingstop is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate and field leadership roles. This role partners with hiring managers, HR business partners, and key stakeholders to attract, assess, and hire top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring-manager experience.
What you’ll do - Act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders on talent needs, workforce trends, and recruiting best practices. - Build strong partnerships with HRBPs and business leaders to align hiring plans with organizational priorities. - Influence stakeholders on talent market dynamics and data-driven recruiting strategies. - Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles ranging from individual contributors to senior leaders across multiple departments. - Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent via proactive networking, referrals, and direct sourcing. - Deliver a high-touch candidate experience that reflects Wingstop’s culture.

What you’ll need - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. - 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or high-growth environment. - Experience recruiting professionals, corporate roles, and/or leadership roles. - Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills. - Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities. - Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills. - Data-driven mindset with comfort using ATS and recruiting analytics. - Passion for people, culture, and building talent.
