The successful candidate will independently manage small to large-scale projects for clients from initiation through completion, focusing on controlling project costs, schedules, and resources while fostering strong client and vendor relationships. The Project Manager guides clients in decision-making to ensure solutions align with business needs and will act as the client’s representative when needed, including managing third parties. Responsibilities include developing and managing project budgets and timelines, directing project resources, and leading end-to-end project lifecycles. The role requires proactive leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Qualifications include 6–8 years of project management experience (data center construction and build-out desired), a Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering, Construction Management or related field), and strong communication and problem-solving skills. PMP certification is beneficial. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is expected. The position may include supervisory responsibilities.
