Qualifications include a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in FHWA-funded projects, public works, or infrastructure projects; familiarity with WSDOT specifications; proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat/Bluebeam; strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills; and the ability to work effectively with other Project Managers and stakeholders. An Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred, CCM or PMP credentials are advantageous.
