The role involves ensuring development and production success in accordance with ASPICE, AUTOSAR, and ISO 26262 within the company’s development process. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, testing, and debugging core and application-specific software requirements for automotive steering projects from customer and internal requirements; decomposing OEM requirements into system and software requirements; developing software in line with the architecture; guiding the project team to correctly apply the architecture; participating in software design reviews; coordinating with internal and external customers; ensuring the architecture is appropriate for operations, deployment, and sustainment; providing high-level guidance to ensure new projects fit the overall software architecture and strategic vision. Tools used include Embedded C, CANape, CANalyzer, CANoe, MATLAB, and Simulink. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field, plus 8 years of relevant experience (including Software Engineer or related roles).
