Key responsibilities include supervising leasing and maintenance activities to ensure adherence to company policies; analyzing performance to develop and implement monthly marketing plans; training and supervising on-site staff, including orientation and ongoing performance evaluations; reviewing time-sheets and guiding on-site staff on procedures and guidelines; preparing budgets and reporting monthly variances; ensuring property operations comply with applicable regulations.
