The Community Manager will oversee all property operations, supervise staff, manage leasing processes, budgeting, and performance reviews, and maintain strong resident relations. Responsibilities include leading property staff, conducting interviews, onboarding and training, timesheet approval, and conducting quarterly and annual evaluations while driving performance indicators. You will provide coaching to underperforming associates and manage disciplinary actions in collaboration with HR, ensuring compliance with company policies. Additional duties include coordinating ongoing training on leasing paperwork and safety, promoting resident satisfaction, handling service requests with the maintenance team, and ensuring timely responses to issues.
