RPM Living is seeking a Community Manager for an on-site apartment community in Phoenix, Arizona, United States. The Community Manager will oversee all property operations, supervise staff, manage leasing processes, budgeting, and performance reviews, and maintain strong resident relations. Responsibilities include leading property staff, conducting interviews, onboarding and training, timesheet approval, and conducting quarterly and annual evaluations while driving performance indicators. You will provide coaching to underperforming associates and manage disciplinary actions in collaboration with HR, ensuring compliance with company policies. Additional duties include coordinating ongoing training on leasing paperwork and safety, promoting resident satisfaction, handling service requests with the maintenance team, and ensuring timely responses to issues. You will analyze market trends with marketing to implement short- and long-range leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals, follow eviction procedures as needed, and manage owner relationships through regular updates and property tours. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (3+ years in multi-family property management), strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
