The role leads end-to-end delivery of a major capital project, including a semiconductor cleanroom and central utilities facility, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to required quality standards. You will lead cross-functional teams across design, engineering, construction, and business stakeholders, driving alignment, risk management, and disciplined execution on a large-scale program. Responsibilities include defining project scope, schedule, and budget; coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders; managing budgets and procurement; developing and managing schedules; providing updates to executive leadership; ensuring construction meets design intent, quality standards, and code requirements; managing contracts and procurement; identifying risks and resolving challenges; delivering project status, financial reporting, and actionable insights to support decision-making; and driving continuous improvement of project delivery processes aligned with business strategy.
