Your Mission & Results - Content & Growth: Lead short-form content strategy, publishing calendar, and execution for selfpublishing.com and Chandler Bolt's channels; grow reach and followers on both. - Distribution & Community: Promote videos and key posts to relevant Facebook groups and communities; manage replies to comments and DMs and maintain audience engagement. - Pipeline Management: Coordinate content from other creators and editors, ensuring quality and timeliness. - Conversion: Treat content as a funnel; improve hooks, CTAs, and storytelling to drive direct responses, including DMs, clicks, and applications, not just views. - Goal: Increase reach and engagement while turning growth into booked calls and sales.
