This field-based, in-person role requires walking commercial properties across Northwest Arkansas (Springdale area) and coordinating with operations to deliver profitable work.
Role overview: You are a sales professional responsible not just for revenue, but for margin. You will own the Enhancement and Install pipeline, identify opportunities, build relationships with property decision-makers, and maintain a robust pipeline. You will walk properties to identify improvements, scope projects, and price multiple opportunities so operations can deliver. You will create clearly written scope, accurate estimates, and professional proposals that can be approved without a second meeting. You will collect deposits, manage change orders, and coordinate clean handoffs to production.
What you will own: - The Enhancement and Install Pipeline: prospect across Northwest Arkansas; build relationships; maintain a healthy, durable pipeline. - Walking Properties and Finding Work: inspect properties to spot improvement opportunities; translate observations into sellable projects. - Scope, Estimating, Proposals: write clear scopes with quantities; prepare cost estimates; present proposals; set expectations for change orders upfront. - Selling Profitably: target 40%+
