Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is seeking a Team Lead to guide and direct work productivity and employee engagement to meet daily customer demand and production schedules. The role includes reviewing and supporting development and revisions of current and future product line work instructions, adjusting workflow based on manpower and workload, assisting team members and troubleshooting issues while maintaining takt time, identifying areas for improvement and supporting implementation of solutions, ensuring tools are properly stored at the end of each shift and available at the start of the next shift, assisting quality teams in testing, defect identification, and other efforts as necessary, executing and maintaining acceptable performance standards for production, quality, safety, and housekeeping, standing in for team members during absences or emergencies, and performing other duties such as using SAP, Excel, MES, scheduling, etc. Education requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, and at least 2 years of experience in a production environment with a strong understanding of basic manufacturing processes.
