You will monitor multiple projects to ensure design standards are followed, manage supplier interfaces, and facilitate effective project communications. Responsibilities also include forecasting milestones and budgets, providing technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders, responding to RFIs, and contributing to cost control, value engineering and constructability guidance. Independent reviews of submittals, timelines and costs, client relationship management, and initiatives for knowledge management and process improvement are also expected.
