Position: Production Team Lead – Nights. Location: Village of Lisbon, Wisconsin, United States (onsite). Schedule: 5:50 PM – 6:00 AM, rotating 2-2-3. Compensation: $30.16 per hour plus $1.50 shift premium.
Overview: As a Production Team Lead, you will supervise and coordinate shift employees to execute our core operating processes and maintain product quality, efficiency, and profitability.

Overview: As a Production Team Lead, you will supervise and coordinate shift employees to execute our core operating processes and maintain product quality, efficiency, and profitability.
Lead and coordinate shift staff to follow GMPs, SOPs, supply management, SQF practices, and Lean methodologies; review the production board to keep the shift on schedule and make adjustments to meet goals; collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure product quality, minimize holds, and dispose of held product when necessary; plan material and labor utilization with the Supervisor to minimize waste and downtime; work with maintenance to optimize machine setups, schedule preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment; support team development and performance; conduct pre- and post-operational inspections; enforce all safety regulations.
High School Diploma or equivalent; 3 years of manufacturing experience with 1-2 years of direct supervisory experience (preferably in food or lean manufacturing); proven track record of developing others and achieving results; strong work ethic and reliability; ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions; team player with collaborative mindset.
