Conviva is seeking a People Operations Coordinator to support both full-cycle recruiting and core People Operations functions. This role assists with applicant tracking, interview coordination, and candidate experience, while also supporting onboarding, HRIS data integrity, and general employee lifecycle administration. It is an excellent entry point to build a generalist People Operations foundation while learning to move fast, take ownership, and collaborate with others as you grow.

Key responsibilities include scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate travel, reserving conference rooms, and preparing offer letters; creating an exceptional candidate experience; maintaining data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System and HRIS and producing ad hoc reports; posting and maintaining job postings across the website and job boards; managing recruiting campaigns; processing background checks; supporting onboarding (account setup, first-day logistics, and onboarding paperwork); maintaining accurate employee records and org charts; serving as a first point of contact for routine employee questions; and assisting with compliance tasks such as ISO 27001 and SOC-2 audits.
