The role focuses on maintaining the stability, availability, and performance of enterprise IT infrastructure and applications, leading complex incident resolution, performing root cause analysis, supporting business continuity initiatives, and contributing to automation and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include monitoring and managing enterprise IT infrastructure, servers, applications, and network environments to ensure high availability and optimal performance; leading resolution of complex incidents, escalations, and service requests while ensuring SLA compliance; performing troubleshooting, issue diagnosis, root cause analysis (RCA), and implementing preventive actions; executing maintenance activities including patching, upgrades, configuration changes, and system updates; supporting backup, disaster recovery, high-availability, and business continuity initiatives; developing and maintaining operational documentation, runbooks, knowledge articles, and support procedures; identifying and implementing automation opportunities using scripting and workflow tools to improve operational efficiency; collaborating with Infrastructure, Cloud, Platform Engineering, Network Operations, NOC, Service Delivery, and Architecture teams; and supporting onboarding of new services by defining monitoring, alerting, escalation, and operational readiness requirements.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Teleco
