CoServ is seeking a Contract GIS Business Analyst based in Denton, Texas. The GIS Business Analyst 2 – Contractor supports business users by analyzing and optimizing GIS and related business processes, gathering functional requirements, and developing business cases. The role involves designing, documenting, and implementing process improvements, and leading projects across cross-functional teams to deliver better business outcomes. This is a contract position through December 31, 2026.

Responsibilities include: - Supporting the client in creating project business cases - Collecting and analyzing data for potential business expansion - Identifying opportunities and recommending improvements to processes to improve quality and efficiency - Leading projects and coordinating with teams to achieve better outcomes - Testing processes and managing user acceptance testing - Determining efficient requirements solicitation methods (interviews, focus groups, surveys, workshops) - Coordinating project meetings and training/workshops - Assisting in the development of training materials - Adhering to CoServ safety and Information Security policies and reporting incidents as needed - Traveling to conferences as necessary
