MBP is seeking a Project Manager to join our team in the Metropolitan Washington, DC area for growth opportunities on meaningful projects. The role oversees the overall project effort for clients, coordinating a team of designers, contractors, and owner personnel, and assisting in preparing and monitoring project budgets. Responsibilities include leading project teams, managing the design, procurement, construction, and closeout phases, tracking issues to resolution, coordinating punch lists, and ensuring closeout requirements such as training, manuals, warranties, and stock materials are met. The Project Manager will use Revit (BIM), AutoCAD, Archibus, Maximo, and related systems to implement policies and improve data management. The position also involves mentoring staff, supervising assigned personnel, monitoring progress and quality, and conducting site visits to identify problems and propose solutions. Additional duties include business development and participation in marketing activities, assisting with project budgets, and contributing to project margins on small to mid-size projects. Qualifications include a master's degree in a related field (preferred) and professional registrations such as CCM or CCE (preferred). Candidates should have deep knowledge of construction, project controls, scheduling, cost estimating, documentation, and contract administration, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.
