Optavise is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Agents. In this on-site role, you will educate employees about available supplemental health and life insurance options offered through workplace benefits, and you will conduct one-on-one and group enrollments (onsite). You will help individuals select coverage that complements their existing medical plans, build and maintain long-term client relationships, and manage a book of business. No prior insurance experience is required—paid training and ongoing support are provided. Qualifications include strong communication and interpersonal skills, willingness to learn, self-motivation, reliability, and comfort speaking with individuals and small groups.
