Assistant Program Manager for IDD Group Home in Manassas, Virginia. This full-time position supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting, fosters independence, maintains a clean and welcoming home environment, and assists with various administrative and management tasks. Under the supervision of the Program Manager, the Assistant Program Manager supervises staff, conducts direct support interventions, and handles case management. Applicants must have at least one year of experience working with individuals with IDD and a high school diploma or equivalent. Eligibility requirements include CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration (MAT), Medicaid Waiver, Human Rights, OSHA and Van Training, background checks, Virginia employment eligibility, strong written and verbal communication and computer skills, a valid Virginia driver’s license with at least three years of driving experience, and the ability to attend onsite training within 30 days of hire. A minimum high school diploma or GED is required. This is a Sunday–Thursday schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, totaling 40 hours per week, located in Manassas, 20112.
