Based in Riverside, Missouri, United States, Wesco is seeking a Project Manager II for a hybrid role to manage and oversee all aspects of a project from initiation to completion. You will ensure on-time and within-budget delivery by controlling scope, cost, and schedule, while managing internal staff and external vendors, and preparing reports for senior management. Responsibilities include defining project scope and deliverables with stakeholders, developing full-scale project plans and communications, coordinating with team members and stakeholders, estimating resources, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will align activities with safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals; perform root-cause analyses; draft and adjust budgets; negotiate for personnel; manage staffing changes; set expectations, delegate tasks, identify risks and dependencies, and track milestones. You will deliver progress reports and documentation, handle scope changes with contingency planning, and build strong relationships across functions to support mutual objectives and provide excellent service to customers. Qualifications include an Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3–5 years of large-scale project management experience; strong problem-solving and communication skills; ability to lead and develop teams; and proficiency in strategic planning, resource allocation, and process improvement.
