About the role

HighRadius is seeking an Account Executive to join our Enterprise Net-New sales team. This role owns the end-to-end sales cycle, engaging finance executives across North America (companies with more than $1B in revenue) to demonstrate how our AI-powered solutions can transform financial operations. The ideal candidate has a track record in value-based selling, preferably in SaaS or IT services and consulting, with experience in prospecting, consultative selling, and closing complex deals with C-suite executives. As a seller at HighRadius, you will cover prospects and current clients across the US and travel regularly (40%+). Location: Houston, TX (Remote open for San Francisco or Los Angeles).

About the role

HighRadius is seeking an Account Executive to join our Enterprise Net-New sales team. The ideal candidate has a track record in value-based selling, preferably in SaaS or IT services and consulting, with experience in prospecting, consultative selling, and closing complex deals with C-suite executives. As a seller at HighRadius, you will cover prospects and current clients across the US and travel regularly (40%+). Location: Houston, TX (Remote open for San Francisco or Los Angeles).

Responsibilities

Serve as a consultative trusted advisor to a portfolio of prospects and customers, focusing on developing and closing new business opportunities.
Build relationships with executive leaders and stakeholders to understand pain points and develop roadmaps and business cases for finance transformation using HighRadius solutions.
Achieve monthly sales targets and recurring revenue quotas; manage and forecast sales activity following the HighRadius sales process.
Coordinate with internal HighRadius teams to drive outcomes.
Attend in-person client meetings and industry events to build and manage relationships with prospective and existing customer base.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years of experience in a value-based sales model, preferably in IT Services & Consulting or SaaS
