About the role

Summary: This is a 4-month contract role for a Contract Recruiter who proactively sources, screens, and interviews candidates to maintain a pipeline of qualified applicants and ensure hires align with our Cardinal Way culture and required competencies.

Responsibilities

Qualifications: Work environment: This position is remote. Occasional travel may be required for training classes, client visits, or other duties. In Colorado, salary is $33.00 per hour for work performed in Colorado, in accordance with Colorado regulations. Denver, Colorado, United States (Remote).

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand roles and identify ideal candidate profiles.
Review applicants’ education, experience, training, and other qualifications.
Verify eligibility to work, gather necessary documents, and conduct reference and background checks.
Schedule interviews and coordinate interviewers or panels.
Assess candidates, score applications, and synthesize feedback from interviewers.
Inform candidates about job duties, schedules, compensation and benefits, and opportunities for advancement.
Extend offers and communicate outcomes to applicants.
Perform duties under supervision and refer more complex issues to higher-level staff as needed.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
0–2 years of experience.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Interpersonal and time-management abilities.
