Role: As an Account Executive at Newcode, you will drive growth of our AI solutions within the legal and professional services sectors. The role is open to US-based remote with a preference for New York City for hybrid work. You will build relationships with customers, understand their challenges, and present AI-powered solutions that improve workflows, increase productivity, and transform how legal professionals work. This role combines sales execution with a consultative approach—understanding customer needs, communicating the value of innovative technology, and guiding customers through their AI adoption journey. As an early member of our US commercial team, you will help establish and scale Newcode's presence in the US market.

What You'll Do - Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through product demonstrations, contracting, onboarding, and expansion. - Build and manage a pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound opportunities, networking, and relationship-building. - Develop relationships with key decision-makers, understanding business challenges, and aligning Newcode’s solutions with their goals. - Conduct tailored product demonstrations and evaluations that showcase the value and impact of Newcode’s AI solutions. - Collaborate with Engineering, Legal Engineering, and Marketing to incorporate customer feedback and deliver successful outcomes. - Achieve and exceed revenue goals while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience. - Manage pipeline forecasting, CRM hygiene, and sales performance metrics. - Help develop Newcode’s sales proces
