Contribute to specifications, supporting authoring and review of structured software specifications and AI-assisted workflows.
Innovate by writing software with modern tools and techniques, applying spec-driven methodologies to reduce ambiguity and improve delivery.
Automate by writing unit tests and contributing to system-level testing to support a healthy automation pipeline.
Iterate through retrospectives and propose process improvements.
Stay current with emerging technologies and AI development tooling; apply new skills to real problems.
