Deepgram is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the end-to-end agent experience for its API-powered voice AI platform. You will guide discovery and recommendation, integration and onboarding, production usage, and verification across the agent lifecycle, and build the system that keeps improving as agent behavior changes. This is a product management role with strong engineering and AI fluency expectations: you will prototype, read and write code, and reason with engineering at depth to own the product, not merely implement it. You will define product surfaces for the agent experience, such as signup/authentication, trial-key provisioning, console onboarding, and verification tooling; determine requirements for developer platforms (SDK ergonomics, documentation, MCP server, CLI, and starter templates); and decide how to best enable fast feedback loops and automated optimization. You will establish the operating rhythms for your product, including data-driven optimization and an experimentation platform, and drive product-led growth for developers and their agents. What you’ll love: being an engineer-turned-product leader who designs scalable systems; building a self-optimizing lifecycle across discovery, onboarding, integration, and production use; and shaping the front door of the business as it grows. What we value: strong product judgment, proven engineering depth, deep AI fluency with shipped work, the ability to stand up complete systems, and experience with developer-focused products.
