The successful candidate will collaborate with the Senior Director of Product Development, Mobile to plan, execute, and track mobile projects, own mobile analytics and revenue growth, and ensure the apps meet customer expectations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Role overview: As a Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end customer experience from discovery to purchase, fulfillment, and delivery, ensuring product quality and timely delivery. You will coordinate across acquisition, user experience, platform performance, operations, and post-purchase touchpoints to deliver a seamless lifecycle for apps and related products.
Note: Candidates must be local to or willing to relocate to Calabasas, CA, as this is a hybrid model (three days in the office and two remote).
What You’ll Do: - Plan and execute mobile development projects; define scope, objectives, and requirements. - Work with project managers and mobile QA testers to foster a collaborative and innovative environment. - Leverage SQL, Google Analytics GA/GA4, Amplitude, and data visualization tools to monitor website/app performance, identify user behavior trends, and provide actionable insights guiding product strategy and feature optimization. - Create and maintain project timelines; own the release date; monitor progress and risks. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Cre
