The role focuses on selling pump equipment and related process systems to industrial customers, managing multiple projects through long sales cycles and complex contracts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in consultative industrial sales and experience engaging with process engineers, maintenance teams, facilities managers, plant managers, and purchasers. The position is remote, covering Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Western New York, with up to 75% travel. Responsibilities include business development, equipment sales, relationship building, identifying cost-saving and quality-improving solutions, closing multimillion-dollar deals, and providing feedback to senior management. Requirements include a bachelor's degree (preferred) and three to five years of experience in a mechanical/electrical engineering environment, plus a track record of influencing decision-makers in operations, quality, product development, procurement, and engineering. Specific experience with electrical submersible pumps and electrical control panels is preferred.
