We are a fully distributed company with no office, and we’re looking for a Platform Software Engineer to join our Platform team in building and maintaining backend services that power our products, including payments, analytics, subscriptions, text-to-speech, and external APIs. In this role you will design, develop, and maintain robust APIs (including public TTS API and internal APIs like Payment, Subscription, Auth, and Consumption Tracking) and oversee the full backend landscape to ensure performance and scalability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align backend architecture with product strategy and user experience, and contribute to B2B solutions for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate has proven experience in backend development (TS/Node), cloud experience (GCP, with knowledge of AWS or Azure), and a track record of delivering high-quality, high-availability applications. Docker and Kubernetes experience are a plus.
