Evolution Motion Solutions is seeking a Product Manager for Servo Drives and Controls to drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, growing existing accounts, and providing technical support to customers and supplier partners across industries such as Metals, Mining, Rubber, Power Generation, Energy, Wood Products, Automotive, and Consumer Products. The role requires a solid understanding of the assigned product to tailor solutions, and involves on-site work at our Wilmington, Massachusetts facility, travel, and occasional after-hours work. Primary duties include providing technical and sales support, branch product responsibility, executing plans with Sales and Product teams, maintaining relationships with regional vendors, forecasting with the sales team, moving projects through the quoted phase, achieving marketing targets, identifying new markets, visiting customers, and conducting product training. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience, at least 2 years of industrial sales experience (preferably in hydraulics or related field), and strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
