This remote role is based in Madrid, Spain. Duties include leading intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications, collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies, evaluating candidate profiles against requirements and delivering strong candidate slates while building robust talent pipelines, maintaining candidate engagement with timely updates, partnering with hiring leaders to determine offer details using market data and compensation guidelines, and mentoring Recruiters and other team members. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or related field (or equivalent experience); significant recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency settings; familiarity with ATS and social media tools; knowledge of HR principles and metrics related to talent acquisition; pharmaceutical R&D experience; self-starters with consulting skills and the ability to drive process; and experience sourcing with various tools.
