Freedom Finance Technologies, a Cyprus-based fintech company and part of the Freedom Finance group, is looking for a Junior Product Analyst / Product Owner to support the development of an options and multi-asset trading platform. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across frontend, backend, design, and QA teams. Responsibilities include coordinating work across cross-functional teams, preparing and maintaining product requirements and development tasks, tracking progress and follow-up on deliverables, assisting with testing and validation of new functionality, analyzing business processes and proposing improvements, supporting product planning and prioritization, and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Requirements include at least two years of experience in Product, Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or a similar role; strong organizational and communication skills; an analytical mindset; English at least B1; Russian as a native language. Nice to have: understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, or derivatives; familiarity with options and multi-leg strategies; basic Python, SQL, or data analysis skills; experience with UX/UI design processes; fintech or capital markets background.
