Senior Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on Meta Ads will be responsible for the strategic scaling of our main paid social channels and for continuously developing the customer journey. You will analyze funnels using data-driven insights, manage advertising budgets autonomously, and elevate Creative Testing to a new level. Responsibilities

Independently plan, set up, monitor, and optimize Meta ad campaigns
Conduct funnel analyses along the entire customer journey to identify conversion barriers and remove them
Build and operate a structured Creative Testing process: weekly new variants live, analyze, and brief
Collaborate data-driven with Creative, Content, and E-Commerce teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
Monitor key KPIs (ROAS, NC-CAC, Hook Rate) and autonomously derive optimization actions
4-5 years of in-house Performance Marketing experience with a focus on Meta Ads in ecommerce or D2C
Proven success scaling budgets of €100,000 per month with maintained or improved profitability
Deep understanding of modern tracking: server-side tracking, Conversions API, and post-iOS attribution
Experience optimizing customer funnels from ad to purchase
C1 English level and ideally German at least B1
Fully mobile office work & flexibility: work deutschlandweit with maximum trust
