The Data Analytics team monitors and optimises KPIs for our products, turning complex data into actionable insights. In this role, you will extract insights from large datasets, develop predictive models, and contribute to data-driven decision making across multiple business functions. You will collaborate with stakeholders in Fraud, Responsible Gambling, Trading, and Branding to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and build robust data solutions using a modern tech stack in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is a hybrid position based in Stoke-on-Trent, England, United Kingdom, with a second office location in Manchester. You will be involved in data sourcing, cleaning, validating diverse datasets, performing exploratory data analysis, developing and deploying statistical and machine learning models, designing and analyzing A/B tests, and maintaining scalable data science infrastructure. You will partner with stakeholders to translate business goals into effective data-driven solutions and communicate complex findings to technical and non-technical audiences through visuals, reports, and presentations.
