AI-Native Software Developer OnTheGoSystems (OTGS) is a fully remote, international team that builds products used by hundreds of thousands of websites worldwide. We value ownership, curiosity, and high engineering standards, and we use AI daily to solve real problems and ship software that makes a difference.

Role: We are seeking an AI-Native Software Developer who can own end-to-end development from idea to production, using AI as a system rather than a chat tool. You will design AI workflows and validation checks, ensure code quality, monitor production performance, and continuously improve both the product and the way AI helps you build it. You will work on real AI systems used by customers around the world and influence how we measure and improve machine translation quality. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys exploring difficult questions, testing ideas, and turning insights into evidence-based recommendations.

Requirements

What we offer:

Experience with Ruby on Rails or other back-end languages/frameworks
Strong SQL experience, comfortable designing schemas and writing complex queries
A habit of testing your own work and genuine care about the quality of what you ship
Real, hands-on experience using AI as a system to do end-to-end work, with something impressive to show for it
You will work on real AI systems used by customers around the world and directly influence how we measure and improve machine translation quality
