About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager / Product Owner to lead the end-to-end delivery of features in an agile tech environment. You will drive the product vision together with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, UX, Customer Success, Marketing and leadership, to turn ideas into user-centric, prioritized, shippable features.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

End-to-end ownership of the feature realization process from idea to live launch
Prioritize the backlog based on business goals, user feedback and technical feasibility
Maintain and structure the backlog with acceptance criteria and estimates
Develop roadmaps and plan quarterly releases
Organize and facilitate all Scrum rituals: sprint planning, reviews, retros, and daily standups
Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Participate in user feedback sessions and sales meetings, translating insights into stories and epics
Define and evolve relevant product KPIs
Collaborate closely with UX Research, Engineering, and the CPO
Relevant experience as Product Manager or Product Owner in an agile tech environment
Familiarity with Scrum/Kanban processes
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Solid understanding of technical concepts and user-centric thinking
Experience with product metrics and data-driven prioritization
Proactive motivation to actively shape a product, not just manage it
Experience with tools like Jira, GitLab or Figma
