The role involves coordinating both in-person and remote work, participating in client meetings and business planning, and performing final quality control on monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting reports. You will train and mentor team members, share knowledge to improve service delivery, and maintain strong collaborative relationships with other engagement teams. A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required, with 3-5 years of accounting experience at a management level and at least 3 years in an accounting firm. French or other foreign language skills are a plus.
