Black Spectacles is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to own and operate its structured, evidence-based recruiting system. This is a hands-on, functional-owner role in which you will personally source, screen, evaluate, and close candidates while managing the entire recruiting lifecycle. You will build strong candidate pipelines for leadership, specialized, and hard-to-fill roles through candidate research, target-company mapping, outbound sourcing, referrals, and network development, and you will articulate the opportunity to candidates to establish trust. You will own and operate our hiring system, including role scorecards, sourcing strategies, interview plans, behavioral and cognitive assessments, chronological career interviews, references and debriefs, and recruiting dashboards with weekly reviews. You will ensure the process is followed, searches progress, managers fulfill their responsibilities, and decisions are supported by evidence. Talent judgment is central: you will determine not only whether candidates are qualified but whether they are the right fit for the role, the manager, and the company's stage and future.
