Industrial Waste Project Manager – Fort Morgan, Colorado, United States (on-site)
Job Summary: Plans and directs all on-site activities for an industrial waste dewatering and thermal drying project with multiple customer sites. Manages safety and environmental compliance in accordance with WM EH&S policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Oversees on-site personnel across multiple shifts for 24/7 operations and serves as the liaison between the client and vendors for service issues, scheduling, and contract management.

Job Summary: Plans and directs all on-site activities for an industrial waste dewatering and thermal drying project with multiple customer sites. Manages safety and environmental compliance in accordance with WM EH&S policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Oversees on-site personnel across multiple shifts for 24/7 operations and serves as the liaison between the client and vendors for service issues, scheduling, and contract management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Schedule and coordinate personnel, equipment, and subcontractors for dewatering and thermal drying projects as directed by the Senior Project Site Manager. - Collaborate with IWP leaders, clients, Engineering, and Business Development to identify and implement optimization plans; conduct site visits and job walks; perform feasibility studies and prepare reports. - Provide daily oversight of projects and field staff, including rig up and demobilization and routine operations. - Ensure timely maintenance and repair of equipment and communicate status to supervision. - Contribute to recruitment and onboarding and provide on-the-job training. - Participate in regular check-ins with direct reports and management. - Ensure compliance with client, government, and company policies; perform inspections and resolve issues; promote a safety-first culture. - Manage reporting and invoicing requirements with financial partners to support client invoicing, budgeting, and contracts. - May cover for
